Hi , i search how to create an "admin room" just a place when only privilege peaple can go

for exemple i want to my friend and me can go to an admin room but i don't know how to do for just let me and my friend go in the room and no another random guy

i don't ...

ok , i tried to write sv_rainbow 1 but nothing appeared in the f2 console ... Or maybe it's me , i just tried to search sometinh like "rainbow" in the f2 console but i didn't find anything like rainbow .

I went to the blocker server blmapv3ROYAL who created vali "diamond peaple". And I saw that it was possible to have the rainbow

So i created my own blmapv3Royal blocker server but i didn"t find how to do to put the rainbow ....
