If I ever want a skin to be accepted/rejected on the skins database, do I have to put it in "Requests" of general art? Cause I alredy put them only in general art, not in requests. Or is it for IDEAS for skins?

I was searching for a z_catch server and I found one with people, and when I entered the game they banned me because I am not "player"
