cl_unpredicted_shadow 0 might do the trick

got the same problem, but when being undeep with the higher id it works

edit: ids r not the prob, for me it only works when the dummy is undeep, id doesnt matter at all

it only refreshes on X

mousewheelup/down tracks buggy (only about every 5th)
works weird when scrolling through serverbrowser
its mouse3/4 (at least for me on linux64)

sdl2 fixed buggy mousetracking for me on antergos
anyways mousewheel works pretty poorly
and mouse7(?) is &295
