Here are samples and layouts for teeworlds related graphic files. Load them in any graphical editing program (preferably inkscape) as your background layer for some guidance on box sizes.

These are only ressources.

Eeehm i try to do skins now too, how can i put this in the background? (Fireworks 8.0)

You have to work with different layers..
The grid is just for you, so you know the maximum size of the different skin parts.
I don't know Fireworks, so I cannot help you there. But you can try a free program like paint.net, it's powerful and you can defintely do it there :3 Most skin designers use Inkscape, maybe you want to try it as well.
