What is happening?!!?

For a While now the SA servers had some issues most of which can just be let past but recently im REALLY GETTING TIRED of me voting and nothing happens it says vote passed and NOTHING!! Can someone just Fix this or explain why this keeps happening becuase if i cant vote for a map i have to switch server to play another and that's just annoying

So then we siting with overloaded servers for a month more he said he wanted to upgrade but doesnt have time

The only alternative I can offer is to shut down the South African server until someone offers us one with fewer problems. Unfortunately it's difficult to get a good VPS in South Africa.
