Trouble with score system!?

Post by webshark25 »

Hi.
I just downloaded the lastest version of DDNet Server.exe (64bit for win.)
actualy I'm 4-5 months playing teeworlds, now i just runned a server (fng, ctf, etc.) also including DDRace.
But, theres no /points (point) and /top5 (something like that) command.
I Searched google and found 'score system needs database'
Added the lines:
#SQL
sv_use_sql 1
sv_sql_user sadecoir_ddrace
sv_sql_pw blahblahblah
sv_sql_ip 37.187.XXX.XXX
sv_sql_database sadecoir_ddrace

but when i run the server, none of the commands will be recognized:
No Such Command: sv_use_sql and.. (all)
also, the /save command dont works either (when typing /save <example name> nothing will happen)
im sure i have the latest version (9.0.2 something like that) and tried with 8.0.2 (yeah right?) but no changes. (I Let config to regenerate again, no changes.)
any helps? <3 thanks alot

i read that topic before.
should i load any commands into the autoexec_server.cfg or no, somehow mysql should load the files in records folder and make them as a database!?
cause when i put any of commands "sv_use_sql" and etc. server dont recognize them. (tried "use_sql" too)
thanks again.

No, you need to compile the SQL server: https://github.com/ddnet/ddnet#building
