Hi Seba,

It seems like you're stopping Teeworlds because you feel that it's a bad addiction. I will also chime in a little bit about Chilean players on Pwner's post. I understand they can be a source unnecessary stress in your life. You can see my reply there.

First, to address your addiction, it is a bad idea to stop/cut-off Teeworlds suddenly. To tame and amend your addiction, you have to slow it down gradually over time and cutting it off does not work, but more importantly, it does not work well. You should come back to Teeworlds at least for a while, but put less and less time each weeks. This gradual process could and should take months and for some, years. Here are some steps to guide you:

1. Come back to Teeworlds
2. Count your hours of play (let's say you play 10 hours daily--my addiction used to be 16 hours a day and now I play 1-6 hours a day now, sometimes skip a day)
3. Play no more than 9 hours a day for the first week, 8 hours the second week, 7 hours second month, 6 hours third month, 5 hours fifth month, etc.

By the end of the year, you can cut your video game time by half. This is mentally healthier, more effective, and you get to keep some of your enjoyment from Teeworlds.
