Can you compile and run Teeworlds/DDNet client to see what FPS you get at what resolution with v-sync off please? Please let me know!

You don't need to compile, you can download the linux version here: https://ddnet.org/downloads/

PS: I think it would run okay, for what the Raspberry Pi 3 B specs are, sry i don't own one, otherwise i would test it.
