I think that's actually wanted by the mapper. There are a few maps, where the shields are hidden within unhookables. That surely can be annyoing however, but don't really think it needs a fix? :o

What if someone falls in - the other hooks him out - jumps in cause he thinks the other still got his grenade - and both fail.
But to be honest i posted this based on another reason, but im stupid and this cant even happen (what i thought it cause, not what i wrote up there x))
