I think the map isn't worth for a release.
Parts are bad and unbalanced (novice 1* -> mod 2*), design looks not that good (colors are to simular).
For me this looks like a map which was done in one hour.

I like your map, it has a good playflow. The design overall is okay, background yea looks good. A better difference between hook and unhook would be cool. Some parts are unbalanced. I just think of Moderate 1 sometimes, but at some points I would put this into Novice 3-4. I think with some changes this map can be released. I made some screenshots at things I dislike:
I would prefer seeing all unfreeze tiles.
Do you have other options? Not that pretty to be honest.

Parts aren't that unbalanced this time. They are mostly about Moderate 3-4*. Definitely not easy, but mostly consistent, except the filler parts.
The filler parts seem to be spammed without much thought just to get the map to a certain length. The pure gameplay is very short and probably not enough for a release. The drag parts look fine, even though new ideas are rarely visible, e.g. the part with one-way hook. The start is way too tight for groups like in previous maps.
