Is there any way i can get the old hud back?

title says it all, is there a way i can get back hearts and shields? it looks better imo. :?:

No. The hearts and shields only make sense for pvp.

Although it's not really recommended and you would lose all the other recent changes, there is always the option to downgrade your client.
I guess version 16.2.2 introduced the HUD, so you would be fine using version 16.1 (https://ddnet.org/downloads/#16.1) for now.
