1. moved it to the right.
2. added something

3. I thought you have to get speed when you want to do the part so you dont have to go right first.
4. added some unhookables.
5. made it unhookable.
6. moved it to the left.
7. I still don't know how to this ( i tried ) if someone wants to do it fell free.

to 3. i did it with some jetpack skill through the middle (1th or 2nd try ^^)

whatever you are right here
to 7. put a freeze tile in the switch layer, number should be an unused number (so you don't turn it off somewhere in the map) and delay should be on 3 so it freezes you for 3 seconds (delay 10 would freeze you for 10 seconds)

Interesting map. Gameplay is good.
Suggestion:

There is dummy fail zone near finish. It's hard to fail there but possible. Maybe fix it since map is moderate?
