Watching https://youtu.be/N1OnOxBIdy4 I noticed that you really have a lot of connection problems. You could cheeck in Windows Task Manager if any program is using all the bandwidth.

You could try closing chrome and skype.

That's the general idea: Try to close everything, shut down all other computers and phones, and check when the lags disappear. If they never disappear, complain to your provider.

Maybe you can see on your router if something causes traffic spikes.

Or contact your internet provider, maybe the problem is on their side.
