yep but it doesn't effect caz its just show you which apps using net , then you can close them from task manager, from PID Number.

dude i have no knowledge abaut it, i just do it and it work, i saw for one milisecond basic black window, and nothing more,just open teeworlds, idk mb other think solved this problem, i rly dont know

in Task Manager its yahoo messenger PID 5088 , and it show you the messenger is using internet.

so you can close it by "End Task".
and you can turn off background windows update by disable this service,

babak, this is a tutorial for Windows 8.1, but Zaiross uses another OS.

he said windows 7 in first post I think

its the same in both win bot about last ss idk anyway hes problem solved right now I think it was from him isp or some app updates hidden in background .

On Win 7 you have way less informations in the task-manager, your snd screen doesn't work that easy there.

nope you can add PID by View Tab , Click on the Processes tab, then click on View (menu bar) and Select Columns.

This is what i mean... Bad for casuals.
Imo the way to the Resource Monitor and its network tab is a good alternative, since you have all informations and possiblity on one place. Way more useful for casuals than working with the command prompt.
