Bg is kind of annoying, but maybe just to me... anyway, fortunately there's hd-off and then it's perfect :P
Fix repeated mapres bugs on border of layers, and you could also use the -16 trick (you remember it, right?) on some marks - then it should be everything about editor/graphical bugs.
In a moment I will send you PM with bit fixed mapres to make it look even better.
Now, it would be great if someone could test gameplay, since it's by Vasten you can be pretty sure it will be fresh and different - so it should be motivation for you, and not reason to react like "by Vasten... meh, not gonna test."

I tested it before a month with Vasten. I like the map it is really creative with good parts for 2 ppl.

Ok, here the changes:
i reworked the Background a little bit, (removed 1 Layer, reduced the para on both groups, now its less confusing)
i replaced the freeze tileset with the new one (Thx Soreu :3)
i fixed some Shadows
i removed the freeze from the finishline, now you can just hf to the finish (without a throw)
Edit: what do you mean with the -16 trick? :/

I tested the map.
I would say the background is a litle bit over charged. Suggestion: Make the railing things a little bit brighter.
Gameplay is good, I'd say Mod 4* and the map is really creative, nice work
