I can distinguish 2000 fps from 3000 fps. I know many people didnt see the difference, but i feel it. Like when u play 30 fps or 60 fps. Everybody could distinguish it.

Haha. Well, then play at 640x480 with lowest graphics settings, HD off, no quads etc.

Wtf how many money do you spend on your pc guys? I use it also for some works, that's why I bought 980, for gaming only I think a 770 is enough good

A 980 is a graphic card for gaming. For working you can use a integrated graphic "card"

Di you have AMD graphic card i think i cant help you.
With NVidia you have to go in che video card settings, games and add teeworlds. Or just increase che BASIC power of video card.
(With AMD i think is che same but im not sure

i have nvidia and yes, i did it but don't have more than 150 fps (lock) and the problem is only with teeworlds because in others games i have good fps. Idk how to increase basic power of video card, i have 830m.

Idk man, with 980, i5 6600k and 16gb RAM i have 120 FPS... Dont need more, eyes cant notice over~ 90fps.
