If the background is too monotone.
I can try adding some windows in the background and add some lavafalls ore what ever.

2.there is no response on this cause this is porbalby (but im no tester i can just say what i think about this) rejected but noone wants to discuss with you im sorry but this map doesnt fit the standarts of ddnet maps 2018

Like meew and Ravie already said, the map doesn't fit the current standard.

You should rather start a new map than try to fix this one. The parts are either too basic or too "random/experimental". The structure is just a tight square in wich you go from left to the right mostly. Space is the key, don't squeeze the parts into the structure and don't let it determine what parts you map.
Take a look at the maps we release nowadays and figure out how they're made. It shouldn't be too hard to see a difference both gameplay and structure wise. We also have a Tutorial Section and the Mapper Rules wich you should look at to improve your (future) maps.
