Well, without wanting to sound impolite but why the hell is someone inactive like him trusted with the administration of zcatch?
Is there nobody else who is able to give and take rights? Is he really the only one ruling over DDNet?

No, he isn't the only one in DDNet, but the others aren't zCatch-players. They don't know the community there and can't judge mods (and also can't handle applications for mods).

So, there is not a second admin responsible for zcatch members... how about promoting a few? 2 should be enough, but an inactive admin for zcatch is like a referee not available for a football match. It would be very kind if you could contact one of the other bosses and tell them to think about it, or at least make Onion to come online from time to time.

It's not that easy to just get 2 admins. To get these you first need to know the community, else you can't say who could be able to do these tasks.
When I was admin I tryed to get zCatch back to Teevision, since they have active admins and mods, but sadly the other admins didn't care at all, so this never happened.

I can send a message to the admins, but I doubt it will change anything. xd
(I also might ask Teelevision how he is doing.)
