The Community Team is only responsible for Mods and such, not for the recruiting developers. Instead the
Technical Team is.

Ye, I made a simple PR, took 1,5 months... Many PRs are abandoned since half a year.

Ye, continue deleting half of the forum...that is really the sense of it.

Glad you agree, especially since more than half of what is in this topic belongs to Off-Topic.

You actually provide 0 worth things to the forum.
And your PR was a automapper wasn't it? I guess it was important to merge it fast.
Also you know accepting techinical guys that have 1 post it's nothing secure. As you give him acces to the server.
I remember you, that you were the one who closed all technical applications

No, they don't need acces to the servers to code. oO
But someone needs to tell them what to do. Yes, I closed them, cause no one of the Technical Leaders cared about it, so I couldn't do anything than sending them the link to the GitHub.^^

I wonder, if the actually knew how to program, they could just fix the issues
https://github.com/ddnet/ddnet/issues . None of them did it ya?

Ye, none of them did. The reason is just simply that they never knew where to start. The Tw-code is pretty complex and has it's own style; You can't just start to code. But if no one ever gives them an introduction they will just leave as soon as they see the GitHub the first time.

Wrong, i made background feature by looking the code structure alone. You just need some time and some motivation. If i remember correctly, i just got some help for compilation which was bugged with mingw on windows.

Oh really my "sounds complicated" sounds mean? What's wrong again?
Where did I complain? Don't tell me you understand and remember everything after reading it for first time - game layer bla bla, front layer bla bla, you can hook, you can't walk, should look exactly like this, similar to that...
It just... "sounds complicated/complex". It's not a bad word.
I have NOTHING against this new tiles.
Yes I didn't say good job, but I also didn't say it's useless or stupid what you made.

You did nothing wrong.
In contrast to hi_leute_gll who offends the other devs and me directly. And now he talks about introducing teeworlds code newbies to the structure of the code which is totally off topic because a lot of people (he included) had a chance to suggest solutions but none of them did solve the issues he criticizes. Another dev wouldn't have helped at all in this situation.

I would appreciate your feedback and tests, but remember that you need
SDL2 Client (& Server) to test them
