Laxa I agreed with you and now I see you want unfreezes EVERYWHERE and always.
There are situations when it's nice to make unfreeze and sometimes it's not necessary or even bad.
Mapper should know it and decide, yes. And be smart.

I totally agree with Anqel. Instead of forcing mappers to use unfreeze we should forbid testers to change maps.

laxa, for me its just a insolence to try to tell mappers how they have to map only because you played maps without unfreeze and raged while failing alot.
your first thread was okay. but now it turns into a fight where you try to invalidate every argument against unfreeze.

Hum, I think any Gameplay designer would prove me right.

Yeah but where you have to press a switch and in your right there is a teleporter if you unfreeze the tee, he go accidentaly in the teleporter and don't hold the switch and then he don't help his parthner. I use the 3sec freeze for hold switch in this caseLady Saavik wrote:You are right. Sometimes I fix maps and add few unfreezes or suggest it on screenshots.Sometimes it makes sense to have unfreezes when you get teleported back, especially in parts where you need many tries.
What do you think deen?
