This would be an option to implement the possibility to use values of settings in commands.

Sounds definitely too "codish" for a regular, normal players who know nothing about programming/Linux commands/whatever...

Yea this solution might not be for the normal player, but the whole feature is rather specific and not often used.
So if you really want to use it, then this option is logical and usable (at least for me) :o

it would make explaining some things muuch easier ingame and make binds easier to combine
