The id's depend on which player joined when to the server. The only way i see to make a bind work like that is couple of binds.
Eg.
Bind 1 bind g rcon tele 0 0
Bind 2 bind g rcon tele 1 1
Bind 3 bind g rocn tele 2 2
Bind 4 bind g rcon tele 3 3
Then You would just need to look in tab for ur id.. (This works ''''ok'''' only when not many people are on the same server.)
If You have free space on ur keyboard for binds, this should work..But its not very elegant.
But i wouldn't bother
Better to just bind it on the go. You will get used to it
