Simple example:

A map has a possible time of 10mins.
Some people use the 0s-cheat to finish in 9:50mins.

--> You can't say if this rank isn't legit, so you don't delete it, but remove the 0s-cheat.
--> Rank 1 is impossible to beat.

Thats true, i did this very much times, my rank got deleted anyways
