do trash-maps have to have start/finish? or can it be maybe only a world or something?

But according to your link it doesn't look like what you're thinking and what you are actually writing here is the same. It rather seems like you want to have a server you could put maps on so that you don't have to tell mappers their maps get declined, even though you know that they are too bad. Skill Juicer e.g. is mapped very poorly and has no reason to get released on DDNet.

What I rather understood by the opening post is:
A server for unconvenient maps like the story-maps by BRONOOB, game-maps like Flappy Bird or tech-demos which don't fit to the usual servers.

It is truely not about bad maps xD
You just think the maps are bad, while they actually are interesting with an annoying gameplay

"Interesting, but so annoying that no ones to play them" actually means they are bad.

There is a difference between aesthetic and art.

Horrible Maps like GLL should be on this Server
