Seriously, as already written. That's not a bug, and if you can't manage to write dbg_stress 0 again in f1 due to the amount of randomness happening. You can imo still force-close teeworlds.exe and edit the .cfg file with dbg_stress 0 (not tested, but theoretically that should work).
Topic is solved, and moved to client bugs.

It's a command used for stressing the different components of the client. I really don't see how you can accidentally toggle it unless you got curious :)
