Just leave username empty? I have no problem using rcon on my server
I agree with you. Sometimes i open f2 and start writing the password straight away and then press enter, but since last update its always the *enter nickname* first, so after it goes through i see that i wrote nothing and then write in *enter password* and after i press enter it says wrong password. then goes second round *enter nickname* and then i realise that just press enter with no name in there and enter password and maybe on second try i can get in my server rcon... gosh.Cellegen wrote:new update idea: delete rcon login for do rcon permission for private servers. only ddnet servers would be have login PLS! i cant test my maps because of shit login on rcon!! ;CCCC
just leave the login name blank and type in the password, I guess?Cellegen wrote:new update idea: delete rcon login for do rcon permission for private servers. only ddnet servers would be have login PLS! i cant test my maps because of shit login on rcon!! ;CCCC

im not annoying myself by this, i just hate this new update lelIndex wrote:I think it's not that super-uber annoying like Cellegen described it, but yeah you're totally used to the old version.
So log-in can be frustrating sometimes on private lan server
