i might be the only one but i think this guy is just messing with people
If not here is a nice tutorial that helped me get the basics of the editor https://www.teeworlds.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=7644
and then from there you can teach your self by just playing with maps that has been released already and seeing what they've done
Last thing there is a full Tutorial list of link on the forum where you can find all of the answers to any questions that u might have
