for me this is 3-4 stars becouse of driving and some dragparts

Hmm, 4* is definitely too much.. Ye, it could be even 3* but the free hammerfly is not that long and the dragparts are relatively easy (compared to other novice 3* maps).
So I still say 2* but that is ofc my personal opinion (:

For the last changes Borup didn't use the most actual version. So now bugs wich i fixed are back in released version.
And the changes he made resulted in a graphic bug and a cheat.

Ye unfortunately he couldn't use the most recent version cause it was only on testservers, but imo it's not that important ._. The graphic bug is there even without the changes he did lately, you can't fix that without removing the paraX/Y values and make the bg static. The cheat you mentioned is imo totally irrelevant and I didn't noticed any other bugs (well, I didn't looked closely but I played the map once).
So I think the map is about right (:
