weird...
now my ping rose up to ~30 (pred is at ~42)
and it laggs sometimes, i mean periodically
ping goes up to 38 (pred to ~120 - ~160)
My normal ping is/was 20 (dont know my pred from then)

EDIT: Values from GER (EUR was kinda impossible to play)
EDIT2: wilhelm.tel is my provider
EDIT3: lags at gone as far as I can tell, but forum or HP takes very long to get to like 10x longer

In the latest weeks I didn't play TW regularly, but didn't have ping problems at all (allthough I have lame inet ^^)

Same problem as I have then. I've tried to solve it with our hoster, but they say it's Deutsche Telekom's fault. Deutsche Telekom doesn't respond to my mails.

At Midday i had the best ping i ever had on DDNet, but weird mini lags.
At Evening i couldn't play. I'm think that this are server lags, cause map elements like moving weapons are lagging whole time.
Bumm have same problem, too. (Both have Deutsche Telekom).

Haha the Telekom says always that it isn't their fault. haha

Now GER2 is running, should bring improvement to those with high ping on GER.
