Ofcourse choice should be left to mappers. Just keep in mind, if u mappin hard noobfilter, u map will be plays 5-10 ppl at pre-query team at all servers. Random players without team will not be able to play on ur map.

Out of Castle and
Dusty Road are two of my favorite maps because of how fun the start is with a bunch of noobs. Also, I think maps without hard noob filters are much more popular. Still, that is my personal opinon, I think the choice should be left to mappers.
For me, let the solo map at the start and at the end of the map is like a fashion.
My preferite map should to have this structure:
1) SOLOPART
2) 2partgame
3) Finish solo part

For me the solution is don't put a solo part tile in the solo parts zone! In this way the pro player can help the noob one without wait

The noobfilter should "filter" the guys that aren't good enough for the map.
It makes no sense to make a really really easy noob filter if the map is damn hard. So u can just forget about the noobfilter there.
Cas look - u are pissed of cause u have to wait long time for anyone to get through the noobfilter.
But guess what - if they got the noobfilter and u make the first part u have to wait for them finishing the second part and it will piss u off again, right?
So .. You should play with players that are on same skill level as u are if u can't wait for lower players. That's my opinion.
