You have a few really creative and fun ideas, but there is something i don't like.
Let us take a look on the most extrem example to show it clear:

This part has just easy lower Moderate hooks, but you made it very long so it is puffed-up to a medium Moderate part.
I'm asking me who should play this?
-For better players it is boring, cause the hooks are easy.
-For lower players it is not doable, cause it is to long.
And then there are other parts, wich are extremly short and others wich have hard hooks.
The map is unbalanced like it is. You could use CP's, extend short parts, nerf longer parts and so on.
And the snd hookfly seems to be just a part to fill the map. Not exciting.
I won't say that this map is bad, but in my opinion it could be much more enjoyable with rebalancing.

i added a couple of cp´s and made the laser part a lil bit longer.
And whats wrong with the 2nd hf part? its not only hookfly

USA testers played through the map. Overall they enjoyed it. Only complaint was hookfly is hard with dummies.... not sure that can be helped. I think it's a nice map similar to the first. Some small points:
You can cheat the freeze above the arrows here:

I don't rly like this map, not good and not pretty in my opinion.
it's annoying when you are trying to do first part and there are tees falling from the heaven on you.
You can make platforms, hookable ceiling etc. so they don't disturb.
You can put TO2 more >>>>.
you can add more hookthrough in other parts too, not only where I marked it
