Deen you may feel your project here did not turn out as you wished it to be, but just remember that most of the people that enjoyed playing over the days did not ever post here (many did not know this existed). As we come to ddnet departs part deux I just gotta give you another props for all your work and especially letting USA be a part and our tiny dysfunctional community. You made ddrace become all I always thought it could be.
Thanks Deen.

1. i don't think that ddrace server destroyed anything in chile, also europeans say that ddrace/ddnet destroyed teeworlds, just words full of dumb hate...
2. well Aoe is an idiot, but that is not a reason to shut ddnet down, maybe just remove his maps and perma ban him for his dumb stuff (he went too far in my opinion, we don't need his maps that much)
3. in the past there were many ddos attacks, as far as i know no ddos could ever destroy the community
4./5. imo we don`t need that much extra stuff, i just want to play maps, i don't need client updates every week and i think we only need to run good maps to keep a part of the community
6. there are still daily many players on ddnet, so there shouldn't be a problem with another group of servers,
about the map releases: it is probably the fault of admins, i got removed from admins for no reason (they still didn't tell me a real reason, even if i made a post about that thing and nobody feeled sorry for me). Many testers got removed for no reason, i told them to talk with kayumi, i told them to talk with pepe and chill, as far as i know nothing happened, so if we don't accept players like these by just removing them and not caring, how do we want to have many map testsy
7. i hope there will be donations someday, if the money is a problem, you can shut ddnet down
The complains from others partially destroyed something. When i was more active in map testing, the mappers (and deen) said thanks, the other staff members rather complained about me. I tried to argue about complains, but the persons i talked to weren't able to argue with me in a nice way.
@Everybody: learn to deal with others, especially if they have another opinion than you. I see so many persons hating each other only because they are stubborn and are not able to accept others' opinion (hi_leute_gll and Aoe are examples for this, but there are more than just these 2).
I think we should try to keep what we have: a playerbase of good active players, which makes it able to finish hard maps and to have a lot of funny stuff happening (e.g. stuff like in the Video from Ark in Video section).

Then you should maybe start reading posts which are quoting you:

The reason is that you did very bad decisions and ignored any kind of problems instead of finding solutions. You were just added to the admins, cause deen needed a person to place there, [...]
I think this is clear enough, so it would be lovely if you would stop crying eveywhere about this topic.
And no: You aren't the best guy in this world who would test all 50 maps alone in 3 days.

Everyone takes everything on this forum literally. Hi_leute, Welf probably did not mean that he would test every map in one day. His point probably was that more testers = more maps tested = more maps released.
Actually Welf's post made the most sense in this thread.

And YOU made everything better my man

you started to decide by yourself taking over ddnet and making it your fantasy
You are hated for reasons and thats probably 1 of the many reasons

Deen, thanks for the good time. i guess ddnet will die now.
Feel free to aks me to donate, so i can give you something back. You made lots of cost for the community which you don't deserve. so i hope that the community can make sure there are no cost left for you. There are 3 options to donate ofcourse but i am not used to them and do not like to spend time on investing that.
it was a enjoyable time!
