How is it possible to make any map where all the parts are the same difficulty without spamming the same part?
Even in your example (navii) some parts were easier to do than others.
I honestly don't think our map steps outside of the difficulty that is solo 2*.
I can see how you might notice a large change in difficulty though as our map has many different sections, some people are just better at wall jumping than they are at say gores or rocket jumping thus different people will give differing difficulty ratings to the parts. Now in your example (navii) I honestly don't think the map creator did branch out as much as we have (Didn't use many differing types of parts) which naturally makes the parts feel more balanced. Thus it's a bad example really, unless you are trying to suggest we stick to a theme like navii does.
(No offence to the creator of navii, I really did enjoy that map but it is a different style to ours)

Again the wall jump really gets less annoying when you've gotten good at that kind of wall jump. I don't think our map needs to be easier in that section as we don't really see that part as annoying at all (Challenging maybe but that doesn't really annoy me).
