You are allowed to map whatever you want, but if you want your map to be released on DDNet you have to understand that it has to fulfill certain requirements to be accepted.

You are right that the map being similar to others doesn't necessarily make it worse, but if it was something completely new it could be a reason to consider a release.
Most importantly maps should be fun to play. Making a map with relatively easy gameplay completely faily takes the fun away and is even frustrating. This is also visible if you consider feedback of past releases and people's feedback in this thread.
You aren't forced to add more features, but you are "forced" to make a map interesting. More features is the obvious way to do that, however, anything else that achieves it is fine as well.
Your reasons to why certain parts are boring doesn't change the fact that they are boring. Maybe there is a new part, though that's not enough to justify a release.

"Fun" is completely subjective. I wouldn't make a map that I myself don't consider fun. There also isn't any map with a mechanic exactly like this. I think an unusual mechanic and parts is enough to consider a map "interesting"
Can you tell me any "ddnet requirements" that this map doesn't fulfill, that aren't subjective?

As I said: Based on the given feedback and past experiences the majority doesn't consider such an "easy gameplay, but all faily" concept fun. Rest isn't subjective.

So "Fun" is the only thing you care about when releasing a map? I make a good map but apparently that doesn't matter at all because the only thing that matters is that "the majority wouldn't consider it fun" (which you would never know unless you would see many people play the map). Ridiculous...

Well...the thing is that the map isn't good. The gameplay is very repetitive, you are basically doing the same again and again, while finishing the map is just a matter of try harding. There is also no point in playing it again, speedrunning it or whatever.
There are 5(!) people who suggested to change the map or to decline it, that is really a lot for this section. (Some mappers don't even get an answer at all. xd) So there might be a reason why they do so...

You would know better if you had played past the first two parts

It does look that way for you, because you can't imagine that not everyone likes your map. :)

I don't need everyone to like my map, I just don't want it to be declined because of some bullshit reasons.
