I think about if a map has some qualities (space,not annoying parts)

I couldn't disagree more.
The thing you are talking about is just a simplified version of hh (hammerhit). Which counts to my favorite moves. It's thrilling (includes some risk), you need to trust each other which is pretty much the essence of ddrace.
I mean, that move, when you hammerhit and then start to hf.. I think it's my favorite move I have learned ever. Could we use it without hammerhit? No.
So, mappers, leave space but yes, build faily saveable parts.

Map how you want Mappers if your map is shit it wont be accepted or wont be played one of the 2
If the map is good many players will try to finish it even if they fail
