Is there anything i could do to help? Like asking them for any ifnormation about the server? I'm mature enough to have a proper conversation with them. If you come up with any idea let me know so i can help you. I'm not talking about any monetary help since i can't saddly... and i lack of hosting related knowledge (but i actually know some terms)

I have spent MANY hours looking for a better host in Chile but never found a good one.

Sure, you can talk to them. Our server IP is 186.64.121.206. You could also look for an alternative VPS hoster with good prices, stable network connection, ok performance in Chile.

Ok, i'll call tomorrow. I don't think they will answer the phone at this hour of night. (21:38 PM in Chile)
I'll try to search for a hoster based on reviews,claims, score and opinions from some people if nothing happens with the current one. Choosing the right host must be a difficult task for you guys... you will never know if you made the right choose until you see it yourself IMO.

Amigo creo que no responderan :/ no responden los e-mails , tampoco me responden el chat en vivo. lo mas raro es que usan el mismo host que kog chile a no ser que lo hayan cambiado
