Solo and Race is almost the same, the only difference is the different use of weapons and game effects etc. The racers made speedruns on like every map that is featured on Solo servers and there are even some 100% rocket maps. I don't see the problem to add a few Race maps since most of them are relatively hard and long.

And if it's SOOOOOOOOO bad that these maps are tele-only, you could simply replace some tele with freeze because that's done in serveral Solo maps too

i think it is good that race is with tele only. if you have lags, you can`t fail because of 1 lag

Oh, I got it now... It's a bit troublesome - it would be better to have more maps, but it would be bad to have maps which top players have to finish with any bad time just to get points. :c Maybe the maps which doesn't really have any difficulty level or length (there are few of them) could be for 0 points?

I ask the community mostly for arguments, not the number of votes.

I have 0 people who want to help with the race server. (aaa is just doing it because no one else is there, and I really don't want to push it all on him after he left the race server planning some time ago.) I've been hearing nothing but complaints about the race server, even months before it started. As a compromise I offer to release the 10 most wanted maps, and this is how people react (not just here on the forum, also got nice comments ingame.) I asked you personally for help as well and you said no. So go make your own race server maybe, I really don't like the race mod and just wanted to add it because others asked for it. Now I made this compromise so that we can still release the few most wanted race maps and at least have a small selection of good race maps on DDNet.

Deen, I could help with the race server. I am pretty good at organizing things. But I don't know if you mean to sponsor the server, or help organize it in which case I would gladly And I really love race, so I don't want to see all those classic race maps die out
