I think short race maps are better for beginners to learn how to be fast and get movement skills ?! Or am i wrong ?

Well, if the majority wants to play short runs I'm sure we can add at least a few of them :3
Mainly we wanted to revive the old longruns, because they cannot be found on most of the servers and it would be sad to lose them completely. But you're are right, shortruns can improve your basic movement skills and they are extremely good for speedrunners (I didn't expected that we have soo many passionate speedracers here :p)
We don't want to create a server for experienced players only, most of the midruns are rather easy and you can get a pretty good time after a short amount of tries. Even if you are not that good and I write that as a nub :o

Anyways, maybe we'll start with the most famous shortruns like run_ankii, run_g6 or run_blue and then add some more in the future.
Don't get me wrong. I understand your excitement for good shortruns and I enjoyed playing them as well. But I just don't want to have another server with 215215 rather boring shortrace maps. Let's face it, 60% of shortruns are kinda similar (sometimes even with an ugly design). Of course that's not always true, some of them might be good and we should only search and add those.

So long story short, yea we can add some shortruns but not all that we can find.. We have to sort and fix them as well <3

It's good to have good design, but i preffer good map than good design, so let's critisize a map for the design not the gameplay!

yeah we will respect your personal problems! we really care for every single guy with his own problems, when it comes to the decision, when something starts.

I want to say something about short maps.

Imo they encourage people to speedrun the map, because it's shorter and if you fail you don't have to repeat 1:30 min map and fail again and finally get bored,
in a short map if you fail you fail at sec 3 or 7 (-.-)

Also i like more to watch speedrunners in short maps, because short maps are more fluid than long, bcs in long there are tps, you return back blablabla.
Just watch a video of a short race map and compare with a long race map video(if they are on youtube, the longs)

Maybe i expressed myself bad, but i do my best

And i have a suggestion, most of people don't know what rank points are, maybe do something to let people know what they are.
