No, not all. I think you don't understand that the arguments against you are mostly about you being immature. You try to reduce them to the question whether votes are good or not.
ah ok. Maybe you are right. I am even that immature that i can't even understand why this is bad. I can promise you i am mature enough to take responisbillity of the power and only veto some funvotes.

When I read your application I feel that you truly want the funvotes to stop, but on the other hand, I don't think that you are fit for a "moderators position". I would have given you +1 if there was another position below moderators that could only vote "no" to votes.
