I voted that I don't want a voice chat in Teeworlds.

To be honest it's a nice idea, but I'm worried the people who don't know English much will have a serious problem (both in speaking and listening), the languages will mix (and while you can look up the last chat messages, you can't do the same with voice chat) and it might be rather resources-consuming (as voice chats are not small, lightweight programs like Teeworlds). And besides that - there are a lot of people who prefer chat (for example because tips how to do something stays in the history or because they can read something again and slower, or just because then can listen to some music while chatting) and they will feel excluded if the voice chat will become the primary communication method - which we risk by adding it directly into the game.
To be honest, if a group of people prefer the voice chat, they can just meet up on some they prefer, but when somebody doesn't like this idea, one have no way to bring people back to the text chat - a lot of people may therefore feel pushed out of discussions, which sometimes are very interesting. I had this problem about a year ago, with people with which I've played Minecraft, but because they were using an external voice chat program, we were still able to communicate - I doubt it would be possible, if the voice chat had been included in game. :c
Also remember, than now you can clearly distinct Balto-Slavic, Bantu, Finno-Ugric, Germanic, Romance, Sinitic, Turkic and other languages (sorry if I forgot about some group, there's so many countries playing Teeworlds, that I included only the biggest communities I recalled at the moment) - that might not be so easy in a voice chat. And it's often easier to guess some meaning from a text in an unknown language, when it's written down - that's how Czechs, Poles*, Russians, Slovaks* and Ukrainians sometimes understand each other - probably the same happens with Austrians, Belgians, Dutch, Germans and Swiss or with Latvians and Lithuanians.

* Ok, actually Polish and Slovak people can talk without any translation most of a time, but that's just an awesome exception. ^^

So, to sum it up: I think if some tees like to use a voice chat, they should join one, but they shouldn't make other people feel stranded - either because of language or just because they prefer text messages.

People can use Skype, TS and so.
I think there are other things wich are more worth to invest the time in it.
