Ping issues with Telekom

Hi,
the ping issues in the evening hours for Telekom customers are back:

Seems to be the same issue as forever with Telekom:

I tried talking to our hoster about this long ago, there is nothing we can do. You can try complaining to Deutsche Telekom, but I doubt it will do any good.

Seems like we have no solution after all. If anyone knows a good cheap server in Frankfurt with DDoS protection and a direct line to Deutsche Telekom, contact me please.

I've heard that link11 is supposed to be Great with games and has a ddos protection, but i dont know if they are in Frankfurt

I'm changing to Deutsche Telekom end of the month, to (hopefully) be able to play tw again.
Is everything resolved or worked around now with them? If not I would use my "new-customer-what-sort-of-shitty-Internet-am-I-paying-for" position to maybe do something about it.

Currently high ping at some evenings on GER. Deutsche Telekom has terrible peering to GTT and is asking other companies for money for better peering. GER2 should be fine.
