I was wondering if it would be able for admins to ban by IP and GUID/GID, since trollers like shovelfighter using bot on ddnet servers are really annoying, and when they get banned by ip, they just change ip immediately and come back

Yes but KISS you know. And its better like that. There are other projects than ddnet. And they became more and more bad, because effictive ways of banning botters requieres to limit the freedom of the users, while cheating was still possible. I talk generally, not only about games.

Just live with that. Its the minority using bots. So just ignore the few using them.
