I just got a new pc yesterday and I noticed that ddnet sounds are lagging (like sharp echo appearing after some sounds). I was just wondering that because I used same config file that I had on the old one, could there be some setting that causes this? I don't want to fuck around too much without knowing what I'm doing ._. Same problem with normal client, too.

Sounds like a problem with your audio settings, not with Teeworlds/DDNet. Maybe power saving or you went over 100% volume.

Oh yeah, you were right. For some reason windows had set my headphones quality to the lowest possible Still strange how it didn't effect any other games
