Why testers don't focus on maps which should've been released/declined ages before?

Okey I will keep quite Silex. I just changed my mind and deleted another long post, which I was going to post here!

It is really unfair, that the guy, who tested a few other maps gets his own map released faster?
dildon sven i understand why you are not happy about it, but please use another example, since Silex is helping to get maps released
