Command to autochange color skin

I need know what is the command in the console to auto change the skin colour and select time between colours!!
Plz help!

you can't really make an autochanger except if you bind many different colors to different actions like jumping, hooking, shooting moving etc. (haven't tried it though)
in f1:
player_color_body
player_color_feet
and to change skin:
player_skin
or use 13x37 ^^
