Question regarding automatic AntiPing

Does setting AntiPing limit to 0 means it will never turn on automatically? Or will it be on all the time?
PS. Maybe it could be written down somewhere near this slider?

I dont understand what this command is for?
Does it set the ping beyond which antiping is on?
