hey guys Is it possible to make a video converter from demo to avi? so people can just use video converter and edit the file... without recording all demo, wich is maybe more than 4 hours demo.... like generic world.

Possible: Yes
But someone would have to do it and it's some work.
If anyone's interested: The idea would be to modify the client to output frames to ffmpeg which converts them to video.

Deen, I will do it, but the question is:
if I do that, the demo will be recorded directly in avi or mp4..?
and the client will be able to read it again?

Now can render .demo to .mp4 using ffmpeg
