Hi. This Is Just A Funny Skin From A Popular Persian Troll Character (Angry Dad) .

Thank You SO Much, played now and i saw those white lines too.
but its kinda weird cuz there isnt any white line like them in the skin ( tested with a black background) is solved the problem with the lines behind the shoes(that was because of the right eye style) but i couldnt find the cause of lines above the head.
does anyone know the problem?

Just use dilate.exe on skin, and there won't be bugs like this...

Eventual how-to:
Download Mapping Graphics Tools -> unzip -> drag skin file on dilate.exe -> after black window will disappear your skin image should be fixed, then test it ingame

sry i didnt understand correctly , i downloaded mapping tools, extracted it to ddnet client folder, draged my skin on dilate.exe
then the black window just flashed and nothing happend and the skin hasnt been fixed.

Things happened, it's just how this mini program works.
Ok, if dilate didn't help I will try to solve this mystery in a moment...

First of all, your skin image is too big - It should be 256x128px and is 256x140px
Next thing is that there are 2 "parts" of every body element (except for eyes) - Front and back
for example "head" (front) and "head black" (back) - the second one should have same shape, but be a little bit bigger because this way your skin will get nice border, you didn't do that, which might be next reason why skin have these white lines ingame.

Also, "eyes" you have made don't fit to grid even after moving them up (they are simply too big):
