Admin-Chaos, deen as Maintainer

Hey DDNet!
I have some news about the current stuff going on here, you may wonder why i write that news - you will see later since it is part of it.
What happened?
As you might see on our staff-page, deen is now the Maintainer while we have 4 new Administrators: .me', aaa, Soreu and east.
deen wanted to reduce the time he is investing into DDNet, so he declared 4 people as Admins and let them do the decisions.
He still has a veto-right and can block all decisions, but mainly he wants DDNet to be run by the others. deen will still care about
the servers and development (that's why "Maintainer"), so the servers still will run in future and you will get help on the forum with technical problems.
The problem is that these 4 guys (or at least some of them) didn't know before that deen wants to go in the background in that way - result is that there isn't any clear organisation in the Admin group, they don't know who shall do what, communication is starting slowly and so on.
And that is the point why i am writing this news here, all 5 obviously don't think that they have the responsibility to inform the community about such important changes. (At least one of them took a look on that post here to make sure that there aren't wrong informations.)
What does that mean for DDNet now?
A few tasks are clear:
east is doing the releases, .me' maintains the fb-page and Soreu is currently reworking the forum structure with Knight and me.
Besides that no one really knows who is doing what. Just as little example: Actually no one is adding new (Trial) Testers.
Also currently there won't be any tournaments, cause deen doesn't want to invest the needed time. Idk why this isn't communicated in the public, i get requests and questions about tourneys almost every day.
I just wanted to say you this stuff, it is important for all active members, i guess. Hopefully the Admins will find a solution and will make an public announcement about the current state of DDNet and their future plans.

PS: I am only the guy who collected the informations and wrote them up here. If you want to discuss it, do this with the Admins.
