join welf's server do nothing = 1000 min ban 
i banned you because i was scared that you might try to vote another map (there are votebots etc.), you already tried it once and i only banned you for 10 minutes so you came back back
you weren't there for playing and there was nobody of your friend, so it shouldn't be that painfull, that you can't connect to that server for some time... (it was a race server)
